The space
From our Family to you, our home away from home. We have created this space to be the perfect home away from home for you, your family and work cohorts. It is located in a quiet upscale complex, yet minutes from dining and shopping options. A well equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, in-unit laundry, work space and many things your family and co-workers need to have the most wonderful stay here in Draper Ut.
Living Room
The living room is comfy. Watch your favorite shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV. We also have a PS5 with 2 controllers. The opposite side has a pair of comfy chairs and table with Amazon Echo Smart Speaker and a set of classic games like face cards, dominoes, and Codenames.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms feature brand new, super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. Each mattress and pillow has Allerease Maximum Allergy & Bedbug Protection. The master has a king bed. There are side tables with lamps and an Amazon Echo smart alarm clock. The master bedroom has a private walk-in bathroom with a tub, large dual sink vanity, toilet area and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a brand new, super comfy queen size mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows and we provide fresh, high quality linens for your comfort. The second bedroom has side tables with lamps and a large closet with plenty of hangers and shelves.
Children
Those travelling with little ones will love that we have a pack n play and a high chair.
Laundry
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in unit, and we provide a few laundry pods for you to use.
Bathrooms
In addition to the master bath, there is a full bathroom with full size bathtub and shower. We provide spa quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.
Outdoor
There is a parking garage with a remote. There is also parking in front of the garage. There is parking for vehicles that are not covered.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. This includes the pool, hot tub, grills, exercise equipment / gym, roof top.

ADDITIONAL FEES: We have put so much work into making your stay perfect, and we value the time we have between guests to prepare for future guests. Please note that there are minimal fees for guaranteed early check ins or late check outs to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Please message us ahead of time for pricing.
Smoking in accordance with Utah law is permitted outside on the patio. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home - loss of security deposit will occur.
