From the moment you arrive you will feel a sense of peace and serenity with the sound of trickling water along with the lush desert landscape with shades of red and orange, a reminder of our spectacular sunsets here in the sonoran desert. Enter through a custom iron arched screen & wood door where you are greeted by a large open space with lovely modern decor. The open kitchen features KitchenAid appliances, fully stocked drawers and cabinets with kitchen cookware and everything else you may need. We have truly thought of our guests cooking in this space. There are two coffee makers in the kitchen. A keurig and nespresso. Coffee pods are provided. GE Opal ice maker. Outdoor kitchen features kitchenaid bbq and several seating areas with tasteful outdoor decor and umbrellas. Pool floats are also provided. Enjoy the lovely citrus trees, lemon, orange lime and pomegranate. This home was designed for entertaining and enjoying the AZ weather. Once you get settled in, you may enjoy music from several areas in the home and outdoors. Enjoy the cozy family room fireplace or a game of pool. All tv's are set up with sonos. Free streaming on every TV. WIFI is the highest speed and included. A full office space for the remote guest who may be staying awhile. All bedrooms have luxury bedding and linens, bathrooms are stocked with all the amenities one will need for their stay. All bedrooms have blackout shades. The primary suite includes a gas burning fireplace, spa like bathroom with 3 sinks and a large walk in shower, and soaking tub with spa products. A large walk in closet provides pillows,
extra blankets, linens towels and pool towels. Enjoy the comfort of the other three bedrooms. Designer inspired decor with luxury linens. Two additional bathrooms are custom walk in showers with glass doors and surrounds.
