We are a short walk to the green belt and Chaparral Park! Great for biking, jogging, tennis, kids play ground, and more. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Please observe City of Scottsdale Quiet hours of 10pm until 7am. We care about our neighbors.
Getting Around:
Walk to Chaparral Park, Uber to anywhere in Scottsdale, Grocery Store is less than 1 mile away, or park in the extended driveway.

- Optional pool heating available mid-September to mid-May for additional daily charge ($75.00/day which pays for heating), Requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
