Summary: Stayed here 4 times now. Staff friendly and breakfast good. Lovely comfy bed. However, I requested a high floor quiet room and although the high floor was allocated, the noise levels from the extractor? Fan are horrendous, even with earplugs, it's unbearable. I wish you could address this. I'd love to stay again in the future but this really impacts on my sleep. I may consider somewhere else.
