Summary: If you're just looking to have a roof over your head, then this property is perfect. If you want everything you'd expect from a vacation rental, then check with the property to ensure all the issues I've listed below have been addressed, some which had been brought up by thr renters prior to me. Here is a list of the items that should be addressed. 1. The downstairs toilet and the toilet in the master bedroom both need new tank kits. 2. The bedroom door to the master bedroom will not close and latch. The bathroom in the hallway also will not close and latch. 3. The sink in the hallway bathroom leaks, quite a bit. 4. Although, it's not a huge deal the t.v. in the master bedroom is useless due to the fact there is no way to watch anything on it. I did reach out to the property at the beginning of our stay to try and address these issues and received a prompt response, but was not able to get them resolved. When I requested a partial refund, mainly due to having to eat out at night because the refrigerator didn't work, the property refunded me $26.40 out of the $478.98 I paid. Lastly, the condo did not appear to have been cleaned. There was trash in the trash cans inside the condo.
