Indian Mountain Lodge sits atop a 3-acre property of pines, aspens, & rock outcroppings with absolutely spectacular mountain views! Nature abounds with common wildlife sightings & star-gazing that can’t be beat!
Guests will enjoy a beautifully appointed home, fully stocked kitchen, a 3-person sauna, 3 bdrms 2 bths liv’g room w/ leather pullout/recliner couch, 2 decks, 2 wood burning stoves, a walkout basement with den, pool table, & multiple fire pits.
It’s the perfect place to curl up by the fire, watch the deer, eagles, owls, turkeys, hummingbirds, and occasionally bears (depending upon the season)! Enjoy nearby opportunities to hike, snowshoe, cross-country ski, sled, fish, camp, kayak, canoe, paddle board, waterski, climb 14’ers, horseback ride, ATV, or just explore the Colorado countryside!
Tarryall Reservoir’s 20 min. away and the historic mining town of Fairplay is 35 min. out with restaurants and a grocery store. If you love a mountain drive, as we do, Breckenridge is an hour out with amazing restaurants, skiing, tubing, ice-skating, golfing, and shopping, or head south to Buena Vista/Salida for awesome white water rafting, breakfasts, and those amazing Collegiate Mountains! We love visiting so many mountain towns such as Keystone, Silverthorne, Georgetown, (1.5 hrs.), or The Royal Gorge, Vail, or Garden of The Gods (each about an hr. and 40 min. away).
The trail to Indian Mountain Peak is gorgeous and with the house being nestled on the mountain’s northeast side provides for a less breezy experience, making dinner on the deck more enjoyable and Starlink WiFi fully reliable!
The patio furniture, grill, and seating around the fire pits add to the awesome outdoor-experience. Pets and children are welcome, and as hosts we’re eager to make your stay incredible! Come make memories in the spectacular Colorado mountains!

Other things to note- We do ask guests to only smoke and/or vape outdoors. Also, this is Colorado High Country, therefore 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended in the winter.
