Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location is perfect. Between Zion and Bryce Canyon Natl Parks, which we were there to visit. The cabin was very roomy and comfortable. Nice and private and large deck. The owner was very helpful in contacting us and providing advice. We would stay there again.

Negative: A couple of issues that we should mention. The community where the cabin is located is fairly hard to locate. The turn off from the major highway is not obvious or well marked, and we almost missed it several times. Once off the main road the signage in the area is confusing. We would suggest better information on locating the property. The only other issue we had was difficulty in controlling the "split" heating/AC system. Fortunately, we only needed heat, and the baseboard heating system was adequate for that. But we had trouble synchronizing and controlling the wall-mounted units, so we really did not need or use them.

Summary: Nice property and very convenient for visiting Zion and Bryce
