This three level home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Large Game Room and little secluded areas to sit and read. The main level has the extra large master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, kitchen, dining and living room. Upstairs you will find 2 nicely decorated queen bedrooms and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed, another twin with a trundle below along with another full bathroom. Downstairs you will also find a nice sitting area, large fun decorated game and TV room with TV, WII, Foosball and other games.
This home is walking distance to Lake Pagosa if you like to fish, kayak or paddle board in the summer, and possibly snowshoe around the lake in the winter. It's a beautiful lake for all seasons. It's just a few minutes to shopping and restaurants and a few more minutes to get to Historic Downtown and see the beautiful San Juan River. If you're looking to get to Wolf Creek Mountain, it's about a 30 minute drive.
