Summary: The front desk was helpful when we needed a room change. They took a long time to refill items at breakfast, which made it difficult to get what we needed. There were soccer teams sitting there, but they should’ve known that there were lots of people and adjusted accordingly. By Monday/Tuesday morning it was better. The pool cues disappeared at some point during our stay and weren’t replaced for days. Part of the reason we stayed there was for the pool table, so not being able to play was a bummer. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and the first time was great, but I think we’ll stay somewhere else next time we come to AZ.
