At dusk, grab a blanket and a glass of wine to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the south lawn. A hot tub invites you to linger and gaze at the starlit night sky.
On the observation level of this beautifully appointed 2-story home, you will find the main living area, master suite, fully equipped kitchen, 10-seat dining room, powder room and laundry. The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing the beautiful mountain views. A stone fireplace, leather sofa and comfortable chairs invite you to read a book or watch the large-screen TV (equipped with DIRECTV) and high-speed internet. The master suite features a king-sized bed, 50” TV and en suite bath, with separate sinks, soaking tub and slate shower. Rosie, the mountain lion, “guards” the stairs to the loft, perfect for a kid’s playroom or extra dining/office.
On the lower level are two additional bedrooms (king and queen-sized), two en suite bathrooms, den/media room and laundry area. The media room den has a 60” TV, sofa, chairs and game table.
Alpenrose Ranch provides total privacy, with all the nearby conveniences. Just down the hill is City Hall Café--Reserve the gondola table for a special evening!
