This is a marvelous newly renovated, non-smoking 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom single family home that sleeps seven comfortably in a quiet community, beautiful Mountain View’s. Everything within walking distance from our home to Layton City Mall, theaters, restaurants, major stores and most major employer areas such as; Hill Air Force Base which is approximately 1.5 miles from my home off Hill Field Road. The master BR and bathroom are not available during these rentals. The home has a beautifully landscaped yard front and back with a game room, outside deck, barbeque grill, hot tub, sauna, office area in a cult sac. Central air and heat, water softener and all the amenities' of home. Within driving distance to SLC International Airport, major highways, local shopping areas, Lagoon recreation and amusement park, Salt Lake City and Ogden City. (NON-SMOKING)
