If you're a water recreationist, this is for you! Located 12 miles NE of Helena, 6 miles from York and close to top-notch mountain bike trail system. This is our family home. Guests' will occupy one side of a duplex. The other side of the duplex may also be potentially occupied/rented out. The 1 acre lot also may have a camper or a large tent occupied on the other side of the lake access near the dock.
