No pets. Allergy-conscious and pet-free for every guest. A $500 fee applies if an unauthorized pet arrives.
No parties or events. Quiet residential street.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside or outside. Indoor smoking detector on site; $500 fee applies for any smoking detected.
Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.
Security: exterior cameras face the driveway and entry points. A decibel monitor inside tracks sound levels only - no audio ever recorded.
Not childproofed - Fragile artwork, glass pieces, and steep staircase are part of what makes it special. Damaged or missing items charged at full replacement cost.

Guests have access to all three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room (1,100 sq ft.), and backyard. One locked owner storage room is reserved for host supplies and is not accessible to guests.
Located at 811 Reading Railroad Lane, Centerton, AR 72719, at the end of Womack Street. Plug the address into Google Maps or Apple Maps for the easiest route - about 15 minutes from XNA airport.
Parking is in the driveway (2 spots), pull straight in. One overflow community spot sits across from the driveway - please use driveway parking first.
The property is part of Featherstone Village, which has a volleyball court and pickleball court for residents and guests to enjoy. Pickleball paddles, balls, and other outdoor equipment are stored in the exterior storage bench in front of the house - please return everything after use.
