The Space:
FUJI FALLS CABIN - managed by Master Diamond Properties
This 3 level, log cabin has amazing long range views from the 2 wraparound decks. There is a spectacular movie theater with 132" screen on the lower level. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a loft. The master is on the main level and has a king bed and full bath. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. There is a day bed in the loft that pulls out and can sleep 2. Bedroom #4 is on the lower level with a queen bed and a walk out to the lower deck. There is a full bathroom on the lower level.
There is a regular drip coffee maker, a propane gas grill and hi speed internet. We are pet friendly. Up to 2 well behaved dogs allowed with approval and a $195 pet rent fee. Sorry, no cats allowed. We now have garbage pick up on Wednesdays. Instructions are in the house.
The home is located in Catawba Falls preserve, a gated mountain community preserve with paved roads located just 7 miles (15 minutes) from the town of black mountain and 22 miles (30 minutes) from Asheville. The community backs up to the Pisgah national forest and is the home for an abundance of wildlife including black bear, deer, turkey, birds and many other animals.
About the owner:
The owner originally built this log cabin home in 2006 as an investment and a short-term vacation getaway from the heat of South Florida. After seeing the home built log by log it became his newest baby. Watching it built from the ground up, being in the mountains, breathing fresh crisp cool air with very little humidity and the beautiful view of the mountains from the back porch, he fell deeply in love with the property. The peace and quiet far from the rat race, this breathtaking property is a place where you can regenerate your soul. He is now offering this great log home for others to enjoy. He recently built a spectacular home movie theater with 132” screen to enjoy movies, Roku with Netflix , Amazon Prime, etc tv or music videos.
