You are either a few minutes' drive or walking distance to the lower village of prestigious Montecito where you will find some of the best restaurants and shopping that Santa Barbara has to offer. You are one mile from the exclusive and brand-new ocean-front Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort. Downtown Santa Barbara is just a few miles away. The third and fourth bedroom have queen size beds.
