Perched on the mountain in South Ogden, this house will provide you with peace and quiet and spectacular views from every window. You may feel as though you are far from civilization, yet you will be within three minutes of the freeways and within five to ten minutes' drive of all the fun activities in Ogden: Eccles Dinosaur Park, the children's interactive Treehouse Museum, Union Station railroad museum. the Ice Sheet at Weber State, the trail heads and more. Only 23 minutes to Snowbasin ski resort, and about 45 minutes to Powder Mountain. This house consists of two floors: the top level has three bedrooms sleeping eight people and two full baths; the main floor has a kitchen, dining room, half bath, laundry room and two living rooms with wood-burning fireplaces. A deck, accessible from three rooms, extends along the entire back of the house. You also are welcome to use the yard, part of it fenced, the tree house, and the driveway basketball "court:" complete with basketball. The basement is locked and is not part of this offer. The owner lives there; it is entirely separate from this main house. Although this home currently has only one review, it is actually two-thirds of a house that currently has more than 40 excellent reviews at a higher price.
