3 Bedroom Cabin in Pinetop
1680 square foot cabin with fully stocked kitchen, available for your enjoyment. Roomy and full of natural light. Tongue and groove ceiling and a large deck in front and in the back. Beautiful property located very close to the country club. Split floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
King size bed (new 2021) pillow top mattress in the spacious master suite. Separate shower and bathtub. Nice walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with a new (2019) memory foam mattress. The third bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full sized guest bathroom including a tub and shower.
Lockbox on front fence for front door. Please ask for code 24 hours prior to check in or see check in instructions.
We do not have a fenced yard. Pets are approved prior to reservations so let us know if you have pets prior to booking. Please keep an eye on your fur babies. There is a $75 pet stay fee per pet, 2 per maximum.
There is a high res TV in the family room with Netflix, YouTube etc available. There is a DVD player and a DVD library there too. There is high speed internet wifi for your convenience. HDMI input on TVs so bring your laptop and HDMI cable. There is no cable TV.
Guests are free to use the garage if it is available for use, however owners may have their ATV or other “toy” in there. Firewood is not included. The fireplace is not a gas fireplace, it is a gas assist start only fireplace. Typically if needed leave gas on just to start wood logs burning, (5 minutes or less) then shut off gas and enjoy wood fireplace, in winter only. No summer fires.
Nicely stocked kitchen has all your needs to make a great meal, including microwave and dishwasher. There is a gas BBQ on the back deck. Full sized washer & dryer in the utility room. There is a ping pong table in the garage.

******* Our cabin does have heat but NOT air conditioning. The water heater maybe on low when you check in so please adjust for your stay so you may need to turn it up on arrival.. There are several ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. There are often nice afternoon breezes and if you’re lucky, a afternoon storm. It can still get warm in the house however in our opinion we are always comfortable up there even win the heat is extreme in Phoenix. We are in a well treed area and that helps keep things nice and shady. ******
Fee applies to using recreation center. Contact Pinetop Lakes Recreation Center for more information on fees. Easy walking distance to the equestrian center and Pinetop recreation center. Horse owners are welcome to board their horses at the equestrian center of course checking availability first. Fee does apply.
Rec center maybe be closed due to Covid. The Recreation center is great! It has a outdoor heated pool available for summer use. Also has hot tubs available weather depending. There is a fee to use the recreation center which is paid to Recreation Center.
There may be RV parking at the equestrian center for a fee. No RVs are allowed on premises or parked in front of street due to HOA rules.
