Escape to Falcon's Landing for a memorable stay surrounded by Idaho's natural beauty. Our home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a warm fireplace and plush seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ready for you to whip up a delicious meal.

If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.

8. Please do not place items near the baseboard and electric heaters to avoid fire, damage, and melting.
9. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing.
10. Please lock and close all windows upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters.
11. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property.
12. Outdoor security cameras are in use.
13. No street parking allowed. Please only park on the property.
14. Fire Extinguishers and First Aid Kits can be found at the cabin. Locations are detailed in the guidebook.
15. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the property manager and failure to do so may result in additional charges. Please leave broken items on the kitchen counter when you leave.
16. Please be patient as we work to improve the property! Our properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules. In the event that work needs to be done on the property during your stay, we will let you know in advance that a maintenance team member may stop by the property. If no one answers the door, they will have access to the property to service it during normal business hours.
