The master offers a state of the art pillow top king mattress, spare bedroom an amazing Beauty Rest queen mattress in case you prefer one or the other, high end top load washer and dryer, and 2 full baths. The open den/office is perfect for a work area if needed. The 2-car garage is tastefully designed that can fit up to two cars, the property has a soft water system, reverse osmosis for crystal clear drinking water, high speed internet, full cable package, and utilities are included up to $100 a month.
The resort has a minimum 30-night stay per HOA rules. With the amazing resort pools this community is quickly becoming a year round destination. The minimal rental for peak season Jan-March is 3 months. For the fall season, Oct-Dec, the minimum is 60 nights. The rest of the year April-Sept is available for 30 night minimums.
