Two sets of french doors open onto portals (patios) and a huge shade tree keeps them cool in summer. The house is set behind locking street side doors, adding to the privacy of the outdoor space.
Safe and quiet, just 2 blocks from famed Canyon Road and its renowned restaurants and world-class galleries, Casa Miguelita is delightfully located in a serene setting, yet moments from so much that makes Santa Fe special. The neighborhood provides divine walking opportunities: the famed Acequia Madre and its meandering lane, a trail along the Santa Fe River all with a distinctly European style.
The home has two bedrooms, each tastefully decorated with luxury bedding, and an elegant bathroom. The kitchen has high end appliances, toaster oven and a gas range. A kiva-style fireplace is the focus of the cozy living room with couch and two leather recliners. Each of the two bedrooms has its own locally controlled heat and air conditioning unit, as does the living room. Dedicated office space is located between the dining room and a south-facing portal.
