The two-floor unit has central air conditioning for the summer months (many places in Park City do not), as well as a gas fireplace providing a cozy environment for the winter months. The master bedroom is on the main floor adjacent to the living room while the spacious second bedroom is located next to the loft space on the second floor.
The entire complex was newly renovated in 2024 with upgraded triple pane windows and complete new exteriors. In addition, our condo’s bathrooms have been completely updated to include a walk-in shower in the master bathroom.

For the chef in the family, there are three grocery stores within 3 minutes (Whole Foods, Smith's, or Albertson's) to choose from.
There is complimentary high-speed wireless provided as well as four TVs (four DVD players with a selection of movies to choose from). Another great feature is heated underground parking with elevator, making the unit handicap accessible, as well as convenient to get back and forth in any weather without a coat.
