We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. You’ll find North Tahoe Beach, Old Brockaway Golf Course, grocery stores, and fantastic dining options all within a short 10-minute walk. If you're planning a winter getaway, Northstar Ski Resort is just a quick 10-minute drive away, making it easy to hit the slopes.
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and garage (with the exception of a couple locked closets for owner's belongings and supplies).
The cabin features a newly upgraded primary bathroom upstairs, offering a walk in shower for your comfort. You'll also find a convenient half bath in the bunk room, perfect for the little ones. Our new laundry room adds to the convenience, providing all the comforts of home during your stay.
Relax in the spacious living area, which boasts new furniture designed for comfort and relaxation. Step outside to enjoy the new deck furniture, where you can soak up beautiful surroundings and fresh mountain air. With new linens throughout the home, every bedroom is a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The outside space is as comfortable as this inside with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs and a babbling creek running through the bottom of the property. The covered hot tub completes the yard as a sanctuary for relaxation.

- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May).
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
