Welcome to our recently remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bath house, perfectly located within walking distance of historic downtown Petaluma, where you'll find fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

This bright and comfortable home is located on a quiet, leafy residential street and features a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor deck areas. It's a perfect home base for exploring wine country, taking the ferry to San Francisco, or visiting the beautiful Sonoma coast.

This is a one-level, 2 bedroom home. Our max occupancy is 2 adults with up to 2 children under 16 OR 3 adults.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and the second bedroom offers a trundle daybed that can be configured either as one or two separate twin size beds.

The fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. The dinette set has seating for 4. Originally built in 1950, this house has has been updated to be an eco-friendly, efficient home with a mini-split HVAC system, excellent insulation and air sealing, double pane windows throughout, and Energy Star appliances.

Summary: David and Stacy’s place was perfect. Great residential neighborhood - quiet, safe, and so close to downtown. The front porch was lovely for morning coffee, and the back patio was perfect for afternoon wine and cheese. It was exactly as described. I would definitely stay again if we go back to Petaluma.
