Great bang for the buck. Wonderful 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that was recently completely remodeled. Furnished with a king and queen beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Covered parking and laundry designated to the unit.
Walk to downtown Mesa and explore all the shops and event spaces or catch a ride on the light rail to Tempe or downtown Phoenix. Walk the other direction to get to the A’s spring training facility. The Cubs also train nearby at Riverview park (but I would drive there).
This unit is compact and has all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. No clutter and plenty of space for you to unpack.
Master bedroom has a King sized bed, guest bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms have desks and dressers/nightstands so you can comfortably unpack. Kitchen is small but we`ve got what you need to cook, including pots, pans, utensils and appliances. Or feel free to just make a cup of coffee or a smoothie if that`s more your speed.
Washer and dryer are located inside the carport right outside the kitchen door and on the way to the private patio. Patio has a grill and outdoor seating.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo. You can walk to Downtown Mesa, Valley Light Rail (light rail system connecting Mesa, Tempe and Phoenix), Oakland A’s training park / Fitch Park (playground for kids). Nearby event spaces include Mesa Convention Center, Mesa Amphitheatre, ASU Polytechnic Mesa Campus. We`ve got great freeway access, and all Phoenix-area airports (Phoenix Sky Harbor, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway and Mesa Falcon Field) are easy to get to.
Guests have access to the full condo plus a backyard, 1 carport parking spot and 1 uncovered parking spot.
