Summary: I stay at this place several times a year. My daughter and her family live right down the street. I normally stay in building one I stayed in 2 this check in. Unfortunately not a good experience I checked in Christmas at 8:30 when I got to my room no TV it wasn't working. I called down stairs to the desk and the said someone would be there between 15 -30 minutes. Finally at 10 pm I went down stairs and the office and everything was closed for the evening . I sat there with nothing on Christmas. The next morning I called again and said if they don't want to fix refund me. The maintenance man came it was out he had to change the remote and reprogram. He mentioned the cleaning staff isn't checking TVS and apparently if anyone doing inspections don't either. Lots of dirty and hairy baseboards, stained towels and duvet. Wasn't a pleasant experience this time at all.
