Comfortable, ranch-style family home in a super convenient location. Across the street from Bristol Park, minutes to U of A and downtown, via Aviation Parkway. Only a 15 minute drive to Tucson Int'l airport. Our cherished Palace offers all the comforts of home with a huge backyard and swimming pool. (NOT heated- refreshing in the summertime, relaxing to sit around during the cooler months). Plenty of elbow room for 6 adults. One king bed, one queen bed and a queen-sized futon. We only ask that you treat our Palace like you would treat your own!

Summary: The house was comfortable, cute and clean. However the pool was I heated And too cold to use which I would have appreciated knowing from the VRBO site. Construction workers putting in the side walk in front of the house was super loud with jackhammers at 7 am;beyond control of the owner but again knowing this could have been a possibility would have changed our plans.
