Summary: Responsive, accommodating & adaptable host. This is our second stay and we will be staying again if in the area. Bed linens could be cleaner this time around(addressed with the host, hopefully the cleaners follow through) location gives easy access to the freeway and only 5 minutes from a target in case you forgot an item or two on your trip. There's a walking path behind the house so you can safely get some steps in and not feel guilty while enjoying all the food Sacramento has to offer. The House does have that "old home" smell, so if you're sensitive to smells you may want to bypass this home. But other than that this location will fit your needs. The neighborhood was quiet at night.
