You'll enjoy the whole house to yourself with no shared indoor spaces. It is on an oversized property lot and there is a small trailer parked in the back that the owner's sister sometimes stays in when she's in town, which is extremely rare. You won't have to share any common space with her if she's there. There is a large driveway for parking, along with free street parking on a street that sees very little traffic. Dogs are welcome, but require a pet fee. NO CATS ALLOWED.
