This quaint Victorian duplex style cottage is located on a quiet dead-end street with a hot tub and conversation area in the fenced back for your use only.

Only one parking spot available on property for your use. There is no additional guest parking on this small and private street. If your vehicle is longer than 16 feet it will stick out into the street and will need to be parked on the main road outside the street.

Please pick up your pet droppings immediately. It is not allowed to leave pets alone in the backyard when you are not on the premise.
