The property itself has been nicely remodeled with refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint, updated bathrooms, the main level has a new electric fireplace, 65-in mounted television, & all new furniture. The 2nd floor contains all five bedrooms. ( please note the 4th & 5th bedroom are tandem so you must walk through the 4th bedroom to get into 5th bedroom) Each bedroom has a full bed, mini fridge, mounted television, & chair. The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and one of the bedrooms has its own private half bath. The 1st floor contains a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and additional kitchen room with 2 refrigerators, and a 1/2 bathroom. The lower level has been finished with a Full Bathroom, another large screen TV with seating, couch, and gaming monitor. Lower level also contains the laundry room which has two full sized washer and dryers. The backyard has a 6-ft tall privacy fence giving you complete privacy, a large gazebo/ deck with furniture for seating and gas grill for cook outs!!
