This bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath home on James Street is just a short drive or a ~15-minute walk to Scarborough State Beach. You'll also be within easy walking distance of a convenience store, coffee shop, pizza place, and liquor store, with Galilee's seafood, marinas, and local restaurants only a few minutes away.
All living is on one level, making the home easy and comfortable to navigate. The front bedroom and living room each have window A/C units, and the rear bedroom has a stand-up fan. Smart TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is ready for everyday cooking, and a large backyard offers space to relax or enjoy the outdoors. Outside you'll find an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, four Adirondack chairs with a coffee table, and beach gear including a cart, umbrella, cooler, boogie board, and four beach chairs.
A well-behaved dog is welcome with prior agency approval and a pet fee. A washer and dryer are included for added convenience.
This is a two-family home with a full-time occupant in the second unit. Each unit has a private entrance and is not internally connected, providing full privacy.
