Grab your fishing pole or kayak and visit Pineview Reservoir or Willard Bay.
This daylight basement apartment is located in a new neighborhood (with a great view) and is a straight shot from the freeway.
Located only 15 minutes away from Downtown Ogden, 30 minutes away from 3 ski resorts, and 45 minutes from SLC airport!
The space
The space is a daylight window basement apartment. Enjoy being surrounded by beautiful mountain views in the 2 bedroom 1 bath spacious apartment!
The Living Room
Play one of the many games or puzzles provided in the large living room, or watch a movie together and snuggle up in the provided blankets as you watch it on the 55" Roku TV! The couch in the Living room also doubles as a queen bed.
Bedroom 1
This room features a higher-up queen bed and also has a twin air mattress in the closet to accommodate more sleepers. You can watch shows in the bedroom on the 43" Roku TV.
Bedroom 2
This room features a lower California king bed and has a pack n' play in the closet in case you are bringing a little one in need of a little bed. You can also watch shows in the bedroom on the 43" Roku TV.
Other Features
On top of having a full Kitchen and Pantry for you to use, we have a “Pop a shot” right inside the garage entrance for you to enjoy! Please refrain from playing on the pop-a-shot between 10:30pm-7:00am.
Also, another feature we offer is a place for you to hang your skis during your stay, right inside the garage! If you brought your bikes or other items (kayaks/tubes/other toys), you are welcome to bring those inside the garage as well, as long as they fit!
* There is a corn hole game available upon request
** once inside the garage please note that there are stairs to get down to the apartment. It is well lit and has a handrail, but we want our guests to be cautious and safe going down the stairs. **
Guest access
We will send you a code that will let you into the garage from the east side of the home by the RV pad. Once inside the garage, you can stop and play on the Pop-A-Shot, or you can go down the stairs and enter that same code to get through the door to the apartment. If you have any trouble at all don’t hesitate to ask your host!
Please be courteous and stay to the back of the garage by the apartment entrance and Pop-A-Shot. Going into the Host's side of the garage is NOT permitted, and could be cause for eviction.
Other things to note:
Please note that we are a young family with kids and so are the neighbors around us. Please be respectful. No wild parties or events are allowed.
Any illegal activity (including marijuana included) is immediately reported to authorities and is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
Please no pets. If you have brought your pet with you we will ask you to leave with no refund.
