This charming downtown Italiante style house was designed by Lexington architect Cincinnatus Shyrock. Circa 1880. It is a great house to experience all of downtown. The house is a duplex with two separate homes. This side of the house has one bedroom with a king bed, another bedroom with a queen bed and a landing area that can sleep two extra guests. It is a daybed with a twin bed trundle. It has a living room with a smart tv and an elegant kitchen. Both sides of the house are available on Airbnb. The Cozy Historic House is the other house listed. Limestone St. is becoming quite the restaurant corridor, with upwards of 14 restaurants up and down the street. Along with the urban renewal of the new NoLi district we can add cozy coffee shops, hair salons, gift shops, gelato to the long list of small local businesses. We are walking distance to the hip 21C art museum hotel, Rupp arena and the farmer's market.
