Summary: I've always wanted to stay in Terravita and it did not disappoint! Beautifully maintained community and access to club house amenities including dining, tennis, pickleball and gym. The community is safe and pleasant for walking/running/biking. Gorgeous views of the Boulders outcroppings from every turn. This home has a full North west view of Black Mountain. Enjoy hummingbirds every day and the warm sun setting in the evening. The hot tub was a must have for the cool nights in the dessert. Jeff the home owner was immediately attentive to questions and any issues that arose. It is obvious that he cares for his home.
