Stocked trout pond and creek right on the property. Huge Leather sectional/Leather Chairs. Two bathrooms- both remodeled. Dishwasher, Huge LG Fridge, LG Front Load Washer/Dryer, "70" Smart Streaming TV, Basic Cable, Fast Starlink Wifi for streaming/video calls, Blu Ray DVD player, Bluetooth Speaker for Phone/TV. Super close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cozy wood-burning stove w/glass door, ample firewood included. Porch with pond, lawn, and mountain views. Weber Genesis propane grill, tank provided. Adirondack chairs and benches around pond. Good dogs stay free! Only charge for extra cleaning. NOTE: We also own and have available for rent the adjacent sunny 2BR/1BA cabin which sleeps up to 6 (2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 hide-away couch bed).
