Let the kids go wild in the woods, making up their own game, building a snow man or sledding on the hill. Enjoy family time playing lawn games like giant jenga, yard dice, corn hole, and ladder toss. Gas fire pit built into a malapais rock to enjoy a fire year round. Relax inside, kids go to the basement play area with ping pong table, extra large connect 4 game and game table. The adult play area in the living/dining/kitchen has wine glasses, TV and decks. When everyone is ready to sleep, there are 3 giant bedrooms to choose from. Main floor master bedroom with king bed and it's own bathroom; downstairs extra large master with 2 queens and it's own bathroom; and top floor bunk room for the kids with 2 full beds, a twin day bed with twin trundle pop up to make a small king, a twin loft bed, and it's own bathroom. Plenty of space to share and still have privacy from each other, perfect for multi families.
Less than 10 minutes from historic downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl is only 20min away and Williams is 30min. Year round fun with lots of hiking, biking and snow play right outside the door. Lots of flexibility for your vacation
** No UTV/ATV use on the property or in the neighborhood. There are lots of national forest and riding areas nearby if you need a suggestion. Parking your UTV trailer is ok, just don’t ride there.

** This is a residential/agricultural area. The neighbors have horses (who love carrots), goats and dogs. Everyone is on 5 or more acres so you never feel crowded.
