A beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home in a cul de sac in the heart of the Ahwatukee Foothills! This home includes a heated pool and an indoor wet bar. Neighborhood has a large park and a lake! Close to South Mountain. Minutes from a grocery store and Trader Joe's. Less than 10 minutes from Casino's. 20 Minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. 10 minutes to Lifetime Fitness. Less than 10 minutes to Ray road shopping and dining. We have a Ring doorbell on the front door and that is the only video onsite.

Summary: Very nice home which is well equipped. There are even different types of bed pillows to choose from! The hosts responded quickly to questions and provided check in/out instructions timely as well.
