• No events, parties or large gatherings
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people - this includes day guests and infants.
• Four vehicles maximum at property
• No pets allowed
• This home contains bunk beds. Guest agrees to use the bunk bed at his/her own risk and to hold the host harmless for any damage and/or injury caused by guest's said use of a bunk bed.
