The family room has Vaulted Ceilings and a giant new sectional with a brand new 65 inch 4k TV. Even the Samsung fridge is brand New and has a TV. The home is located on an oversized wide street with tons of street parking and plenty of parking in the driveway of course. It is located about 14 min from downtown. 8 minutes from the mall. 5 minutes from Target, Walmart, TJ Maxx etc. There is literally over 50 restaurants and eateries located under 10 minutes away. 2 golf courses are also within 10 minutes.
