Summary: This is a large house with plenty of room for a large family. The furniture is comfortable. There is a lot of light from the outside that comes in to make the home bright and pleasant. The air conditioning works well. It is very close to the highway and you do hear the traffic noise. Therefore, sitting on the back patio shown in the pictures is not enjoyable. Some things that the host could do to make this property more user friendly would be to change the air filter above the master bedroom bed. It is full of dust. Also the tops of the ceiling fans blades need to be dusted. There was were no potholders, and just a few pans.
