Thank you for interest in our family Hoemstead. This property has been making memories with our family and friends for the past 40+ years. Its location is the perfect distance, from Saratoga or Encampent, allowing you to enjoy the beauties of Rural Wyoming with the quick convenience of a short drive to all the local tourist stops, including Saratoga's Natural Mineral Hot Springs.
The property is perfect for large friend and/or family gatherings with it's multiple spacious interior and exterior family spaces, an over sized parking area and wrap around driveway. (Very trailer friendly) The front porch (2 steps) enters into the main level of the house, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen & living space, as well as a heated screened-in porch. The garden level basement also includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house is situated on 20+ private acres that ensures hours of quiet time for relaxing and wildlife viewing, also excellent running room for your fur babies!
There is a heated mud room, with hooks, for drying your outdoor adventure gear!

The surrounding area is saturated with Wyoming Adventures, including snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, bird watching, river floats and Most Famous the Natural Mineral Hot Springs. Downtown Saratoga has an abundance of dinning options from fine Italian (make a reservation), Wyoming's favorite Beef Steak, an Ol' Fashion Ice cream parlor, a Whiskey Bar, to a local favorite Cantina!
