This understated hillside home offers three floors of beautiful views and cozy living space. Located in a rural like quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park and just a short drive from downtown Estes Park, Grandma's Mountain Getaway lives up to its name.
On the main level of this inviting family home is the living and dining area, kitchen, full bathroom and a Queen bedroom. The living area features cozy couches and a flat-screen TV, in addition to large picture windows that showcase million-dollar view of the Rockies.
The kitchen has full-size appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. A door leads out of the kitchen onto the wraparound deck. Take a cup of coffee and a book, sit on the peaceful deck, and take in the expanse of mountain views.
The upstairs level features a King Bedroom across from a Full/Double bedroom. Both bedrooms share the full bath in the hallway, Each bedroom boasts amazing views out their windows.
In the lower level of the home, guests can play games at the casino-style card table. The lower level also has a full-size futon. The futon is big enough for two small children or one adult.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.
