Positive: - room is clean, furnitures seem refurnished. The room also provided with many extra tools such as fridge, television, and wardrobe. i love it. - worth with money if you want to find a private room in the area that VERY close to the cbd. - Staff are very diligent to clean the common areas such as corridor and kitchen. To be honest, I saw he cleaned everyday during my staying (20 days).

Negative: - Shower rooms are not maintained well, some of them don't have a hot water. - It's not the fault of the owner but I heard a VERY noisy sound from the room above me - so annoying!!. They walked like they are demolishing the building. I think it shows that the structure of the hostel is quite old.

Summary: Worth of money, full fundamental facilities room near CBD with reasonable price.
