In the winter months the city plows the roads. We recommend having 4x4 or all wheel drive to get up the steep mountain roads.

Bryce NP (58 miles) and Zion NP (69 miles) two of the Nations most beautiful NP are definitely worth seeing. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon NP another must see is little further at 154 miles from Brian head (closed in winter months). Lake Powell NP is 145 miles.
